{WIP} Stratford Square Mall | Bloomingdale, IL

On April 21st, 2O24, at 6:00 PM, the mall permanently closed. R.I.P

The mall opened in 1981 with Marshall Fields, Carson Pirie Scott, Wieboldt's, and Montgomery Ward as the main anchor stores. The mall added a MainStreet in 1984, and a Sears came along in 1991. Eight years later, the mall went through a huge renovation. They removed the old fountain, escalators, and elevator and added a new fountain, escalators, and elevator in the center court of the mall.
