In the year 3368 temperatures around the Whitegarden city plummeted, all civilians and law moved to the center of the city where a large structure referred to as "The Clocktower" stood
A few months after, masks referred to as "Steammasks" where developed to keep wearers warm outside of the city
However with the development of these masks, people looking for power or freedom caught the opportunity and factions in the outer layers of the city started growing
The year is currently 3370 and these factions have only solidified there place across the city
