added new crash system for the plane

new jet engine sounds and explosions (only in cargo plane and plane at the time of writing this update)

added ticketing agents so NPCs dont actually talk to no one now

Fixed spill glitch

More bugs are under fixes including the landing plane's bug and the cargo plane's bug.
