Directive 51 is a roleplaying game set in the universe of TC:TD

After black Friday an outbreak broke out through contact of dollar bills, it showed similar structure to smallpox, but it was different, stronger, and it was hard to spot the right symptoms

It was promptly nicknamed by the masses "Dollar Flu" or "Green Poison" but its official scientific name was "Variola Chimera"

Following these events, the entirety of New York was put on lockdown, nobody was allowed in or out, of course, a few stragglers got out, and took it with them.

Public unease began to grow, riots across the island began to break out, factions looking for power, purpose, control, started to wreck havoc across New York

When all hell broke loose, Directive 51 was activated by presidential order. the activation of the Strategic Homeland Division, or "The Division" for short, had sleeper agents trigger and start to move, aiming to maintain government activity over a collapsing city.
